Do TremShield products need Wi-Fi or a subscription?
No. Everything we sell is self-contained, with no Wi-Fi, no app, and no monthly fees. You buy it once and it just works.
Is shipping free, and can I track my order?
Yes. Every US order ships free with tracking, so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door.
What is your return policy?
We back every order with a 30-day return window. If something is not right, reach out and we will make it right.
Are these products renter-friendly?
Most of our locks, alarms, and bars install with adhesive or tension and come off clean, so they suit apartments and rentals with no drilling and no damage to your deposit. A few items do need screws (the door strike plate kit, for example), so check the specific product page you are looking at before you buy.
Will one product stop a break-in on its own?
No single device is a guarantee, which is why we build in layers: alarms that warn, locks and bars that hold, and deterrents that make a burglar pick an easier target. Together they make your home the one they skip.
