Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your TremShield purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date, free of charge.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• It must be within the 14-day return window from the date of delivery

• It must be in the same condition as received — undamaged and with original packaging where possible

• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided

Free Return Shipping

We cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. You will not be charged any return shipping fees.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned product.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Exchanges will be shipped out promptly once the return is received

• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for returns:

• Items returned after the 14-day window

• Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

Damaged or Defective Items

If your TremShield arrived damaged or defective, please contact us at support@tremshield.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
