TremShield 1-year limited warranty
Every TremShield product is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the delivery date. We build simple, durable security tools, and we stand behind them.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Hardware that arrives faulty
- Hardware that fails under normal use within the warranty period
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, drops, or improper installation
- Water damage beyond a product's stated rating
- Lost or stolen items
- Replaceable batteries
How to make a claim
Email support@tremshield.com with your order number and a photo or short description of the issue. If it is a covered defect, we will repair, replace, or refund it, your choice where reasonable.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer law and does not limit them.
