Shipping Policy

Free priority shipping on every order, to every address in the US and Canada. Tracked end-to-end.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2pm EST on a business day are picked and packed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on US federal holidays are processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number within 24 hours.

Delivery Time

United States: 7 business days after shipment

Canada: 8 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates based on our carrier's average performance. Remote addresses, weather events, and peak shipping seasons (Black Friday through mid-January) may add 2–3 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Every order ships with full end-to-end tracking. You'll receive:

• An order confirmation email within minutes of placing your order
• A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once the package leaves our warehouse
• Real-time tracking updates you can check anytime at tremshield.com/apps/tracking

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 2 business days of ordering, email us at suppot@tremshield.com and we'll look into it right away.

Shipping Costs

Priority shipping is free on all orders. There are no minimum order thresholds, no hidden handling fees, and no surprise charges at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window:

1. Check your tracking link first — most "lost" packages are marked as delivered but held at a local facility or with a neighbor.
2. If tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, email us with your order number.
3. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we'll ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Wrong Address or Change of Address

If you entered the wrong shipping address, email us within 1 hour of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before the package ships. Once a package has shipped, we can't change its destination.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. We're working on expanding — if you'd like to be notified when we ship to your country, [join our waitlist here] or email us directly.

Returns

Not satisfied? You have 14 days from delivery to return your TremShield for a full refund through our Contact page.
